We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, payment issues, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided through Shopify or other authorized payment processors.
YS Home Online does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping according to the options and estimated delivery times displayed on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, high order volume, supplier delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your shipping information.

7. Furniture and Home Products
Some furniture and home products may require assembly.
Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer's assembly instructions and using products according to their intended purpose.
Please inspect all parts before assembly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact us before completing assembly whenever reasonably possible.
YS Home Online is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.

8. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. In those cases, YS Home Online covers the return shipping cost and offers a replacement or a full refund.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification or normal wear and tear is not eligible.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible at yshomeoline@gmail.com.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damaged area to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement parts, product replacement, or a refund.

10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before fulfillment begins. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be returned for change of mind, as described in Section 8.

11. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on applicable laws, the products purchased, and the customer's delivery location.
Customers may be responsible for other taxes, duties, or charges when required by applicable law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other limitations.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
